ยินดีต้อนรับสู่แอปพลิเคชัน ไคจี อี้จิง (KaiJi I-Ching) แอปพลิเคชันนี้ไม่มีการเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ระบุตัวตนได้ (No Personal Data Collection) โดยเราใช้ระบบรหัสประจำเครื่องแบบสุ่ม (Anonymous Device ID) ในการบันทึกข้อมูลการใช้งาน สถิติ และประวัติการซื้อธูปมงคลของคุณ
เนื่องจากแอปพลิเคชันนี้ไม่ได้ใช้ระบบลงชื่อเข้าใช้ (No Login Required) ข้อมูลทั้งหมดรวมถึง "ธูปกงเต็ก / ธูปมงคล" ที่คุณได้รับหรือซื้อไว้ รวมถึงประวัติการเสี่ยงทาย จะผูกติดกับอุปกรณ์ของคุณเท่านั้น หากคุณทำการ "ลบแอปพลิเคชัน (Uninstall)" หรือ "ล้างข้อมูลแอป (Clear Data)" ข้อมูลและจำนวนธูปทั้งหมดจะไม่สามารถกู้คืนได้ทุกประการ

- วัตถุประสงค์ของคำทำนาย: คำทำนายและคำแนะนำจากองค์เทพและศาสตร์อี้จิงในแอปพลิเคชันนี้ มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการดำเนินชีวิต การเจริญสติ และเพื่อความบันเทิงเท่านั้น ไม่ใช่คำแนะนำทางการแพทย์ กฎหมาย หรือการเงิน
- ขอบเขตความรับผิดชอบ: ผู้พัฒนาขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการตัดสินใจหรือความเสียหายใดๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นจากการนำคำทำนายไปใช้ ผู้ใช้งานควรใช้วิจารณญาณในการตัดสินใจด้วยตนเองเสมอ
- สินค้าดิจิทัลและการชำระเงิน: สินค้าดิจิทัลภายในแอป (เช่น ธูปมงคล) เมื่อทำรายการซื้อสำเร็จแล้ว ไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินหรือแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดได้ (Non-refundable) เว้นแต่เกิดข้อผิดพลาดทางเทคนิคจากระบบ ซึ่งสามารถติดต่อทีมงานเพื่อตรวจสอบและชดเชยธูปได้
- การยอมรับข้อตกลง: การเข้าใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันถือว่าคุณเข้าใจและยอมรับข้อตกลงข้างต้น รวมถึงรับทราบความเสี่ยงกรณีข้อมูลสูญหายจากการลบแอปพลิเคชันหรือล้างข้อมูลเครื่อง
Welcome to KaiJi I-Ching (ไคจี อี้จิง). This application does not collect personally identifiable information (No Personal Data Collection). We use a randomly generated anonymous device identifier (Anonymous Device ID) solely to record your app usage, divination statistics, and sacred incense balance.
Because this application does not require user registration or login, all app records—including your Sacred Incense balance (earned or purchased) and divination history—are bound exclusively to your device. If you uninstall the application or clear application data/storage, your data and incense balance cannot be recovered under any circumstances.
Terms of Service
- Purpose of Divination: All I-Ching hexagram readings and AI-assisted spiritual interpretations provided in this application are intended for personal reflection, guidance, and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice.
- Limitation of Liability: The developer assumes no responsibility or liability for any personal, financial, or business decisions made by users based on divination results.
- Non-Refundable Digital Goods: In-app digital items (such as Sacred Incense sticks) are consumable virtual goods and are non-refundable once purchased. If a technical error prevents delivery of purchased items, please contact our support team for verification and fulfillment.
- Acceptance of Terms: By using KaiJi I-Ching, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the risk of data loss upon clearing app storage or uninstalling the app.

ไคจี อี้จิง (KaiJi I-Ching) ให้ความสำคัญสูงสุดกับความเป็นส่วนตัวของผู้ใช้งาน และปฏิบัติตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (PDPA) รวมถึงข้อกำหนดของ Google Play Store และ Apple App Store ดังรายละเอียดต่อไปนี้:

เรา ไม่เก็บรวบรวม ชื่อ-นามสกุล, อีเมล, หมายเลขโทรศัพท์, ที่อยู่ทางกายภาพ, วันเดือนปีเกิด หรือบัญชีโซเชียลมีเดียใดๆ แอปพลิเคชันของเราไม่จำเป็นต้องสมัครสมาชิกหรือเข้าสู่ระบบ (No Registration / No Login Required)
2. รหัสอุปกรณ์แบบไม่ระบุตัวตน (Anonymous Device ID)
แอปพลิเคชันใช้รหัสประจำเครื่องแบบสุ่ม (Anonymous Device Token) เพื่อใช้อ้างอิงยอดคงเหลือของธูปมงคล และบันทึกประวัติการเสี่ยงทายของเครื่องนั้นๆ เท่านั้น โดยไม่สามารถใช้ระบุตัวตนที่แท้จริงของผู้ใช้ได้
3. สิทธิ์การเข้าถึงอุปกรณ์ (Permissions Used)
• อินเทอร์เน็ต (Internet Access): ใช้สำหรับประมวลผลคำทำนาย AI และซิงค์จำนวนธูปมงคล
• คลังภาพ (Photo / Media Library): ขอสิทธิ์เฉพาะเมื่อผู้ใช้กดบันทึกการ์ดคำทำนายหรือภาพองค์เทพลงในแกลเลอรีของเครื่องเท่านั้น
4. บริการของบุคคลที่สาม (Third-Party Services)
• Google AdMob: สำหรับการแสดงโฆษณาแบบให้รางวัล (Rewarded Ads) เมื่อผู้ใช้เลือกรับธูปฟรี
• RevenueCat / Google Play Billing / Apple IAP: สำหรับจัดการธุรกรรมการซื้อธูปมงคลอย่างปลอดภัยโดยที่แอปไม่เก็บข้อมูลบัตรเครดิตของคุณ
การเก็บรักษาและความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล

KaiJi I-Ching (ไคจี อี้จิง) is built on a strict privacy-first architecture in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), Google Play Data Safety requirements, and Apple App Store Privacy guidelines:
1. No Personal Data Collection (No PII)
We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, birthdates, or social media accounts. No user registration, account creation, or login is required to use the application.
2. Anonymous Device Identifier
The app generates a random, non-personally-identifiable token (Anonymous Device ID) strictly to maintain your Sacred Incense stick balance and synchronize your device's divination history.
3. Device Permissions Used
• Internet Access: Required to fetch AI divination readings and sync your incense balance.
• Photo / Media Library Access: Requested only when you explicitly choose to save divination result cards or deity wallpapers to your device gallery.
4. Third-Party SDKs & Services
• Google AdMob: Delivers optional rewarded video ads when users choose to earn free incense sticks.
• RevenueCat / Google Play Billing / Apple In-App Purchase: Processes optional digital incense purchases securely. We never access or store your payment card details.
Data Security & Retention
All communication between the mobile application and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Anonymous device records are retained only while the app remains in use on your device or until you clear app storage or request server log deletion.

- บนระบบ iOS (iPhone / iPad): ไปที่ การตั้งค่า (Settings) > ทั่วไป (General) > พื้นที่จัดเก็บข้อมูลของ iPhone (iPhone Storage) > ไคจี อี้จิง (KaiJi I-Ching) > ลบแอป (Delete App)
- ผลลัพธ์ทันที: ประวัติการเสี่ยงทายในเครื่องและรหัสอ้างอิงอุปกรณ์แบบสุ่ม (Anonymous Device ID) เดิมจะถูกลบออกจากอุปกรณ์ของคุณทันทีอย่างถาวร และไม่สามารถกู้คืนได้
Because KaiJi I-Ching does not use user accounts and does not collect or store personally identifiable information (PII), all reading history and anonymous device tokens are stored locally on your device. You have full control to erase all data immediately at any time without needing to submit a deletion request:
Immediate Self-Service Deletion on Your Device
- On Android: Open Settings > Apps > KaiJi I-Ching > Storage & Cache > Clear Storage / Clear Data, or simply uninstall the application.
- On iOS (iPhone / iPad): Open Settings > General > iPhone Storage > KaiJi I-Ching > Delete App.
- Immediate Effect: All local divination history is immediately and permanently erased, and your random Anonymous Device ID linkage is completely reset.
